Cozy Home Community™ is an idea out of the mind of Founder & CEO Matt Thornhill. For almost 40 years Matt has been studying consumer behavior — as a Madison Avenue advertising executive, an interactive marketer, and more recently as a futurist and founder of the Boomer Project and the Institute for Tomorrow.

As an expert in Boomers, Matt sees the significant unmet need for housing. That’s why he’s working to bring the Cozy Home Community concept to life.

The goal is to develop houses and communities that are affordable for middle-income Boomers between the ages of 60 to 80+.
